Supertitles are intellectual property which cannot be returned once received, therefore no refunds are granted. That said, if your production is verified as postponed, you may request a re-rental of the same title within two years for only the actual mailing cost required to send the score back to you. Alternatively, you may return the score prior to the scheduled production date for a full credit toward a future rental.
The following may not be returned once received:
- A la carte aria and scenes
- Scores sent electronically as a pdf rather than as a physical copy
